Sthit Biswal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, partnerships, and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Specialist at MongoDB since February 2024, Sthit previously held various leadership roles at Whatfix, including Associate Director of Partnerships & Alliances and Associate Director of Account Management from April 2021 to January 2024. Sthit's earlier career at Cognizant spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Client Relationship Manager and Senior Manager - Business Development, among others. Starting their professional journey as an intern at Discover Life in 2011, Sthit also gained foundational experience as an ASE at Tata Consultancy Services. Sthit holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Vellore Institute of Technology.
