Rouzbeh Hadjibaba is a seasoned professional in sales strategy and planning, currently serving as the ASEAN/Japan Lead at MongoDB since November 2021. Prior experience includes an analyst role at Husky Injection Molding Systems, where support was provided to senior leadership on pandemic response strategy and operations improvement initiatives. Rouzbeh was involved in product management as a Capstone Intern at Confluent, leading a team to develop a machine learning decision support system.
