Rakshita Bhatt is an experienced technical professional with a proven track record in engineering and project management across multiple companies. Currently serving as an Associate Technical Services Engineer II at MongoDB since June 2023, Rakshita previously held the position of Technical Project Lead at Cisco from January 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing technical analysts, driving critical issue resolution, and liaising with product management for enhancements based on customer experiences. Prior to Cisco, Rakshita worked as a Senior System Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, providing advanced support for web-based applications, and as a Senior Analyst at HCL Technologies, focusing on Linux server administration for General Electric and GE Healthcare. Rakshita holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Rajasthan Technical University, completed in 2013.
