Kimberly Sliker

Project & Program Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at MongoDB

Kimberly Sliker has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles in the field of Human Resources. Kimberly started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Six Flags Great Adventure, where they facilitated recruiting, staffing, and employee relations. Kimberly then worked at Level 3 Communications as a Project Manager and HR Specialist, responsible for onboarding new hires, diversity and inclusion program development, and recruiting for sales positions.

Kimberly then joined Complete Document Solutions LLC as a Human Resources Manager, where they established HR processes and procedures, managed staffing and recruitment, and implemented employee engagement initiatives. Kimberly later moved to Unilever, where they contributed to the delivery of the strategic HR agenda, conducted organizational analyses, and implemented HR systems.

In their roles at Evonik and Röhm, Kimberly served as a Human Resources Project Manager, supporting regional and global HR initiatives. Kimberly worked on projects related to compliance, process improvement, strategic HR, mergers and acquisitions, and HR metrics. Kimberly also managed various areas such as talent acquisition, employer branding, mobility, and vendor relationships.

Currently, Kimberly is working at MongoDB as a Manager, Recruiting Projects & Programs. In this role, they lead the Global Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for both internal and external projects. Kimberly collaborates with multiple levels of leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and support the overall talent acquisition process.

Throughout their career, Kimberly has demonstrated strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Kimberly has experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and process improvement.

Kimberly Sliker pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University between the years 2005 and 2009. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management from 2009 to 2010.
