Kelsey Schubert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kelsey started their career in 2012 as a Consultant at Bard High School Early College and also worked as a Consultant at UncommonGoods for a short period in 2013. In 2014, they joined Techmates Group as a Software Engineer. In 2015, they moved on to MongoDB, Inc. where they held various positions. Kelsey started as a Diagnostics Engineer in October 2015 and then worked as an Escalation Manager from May 2016 to February 2018. Kelsey then transitioned to the role of Release Manager from February 2018 to March 2019, before being promoted to Lead Engineer in March 2019. Kelsey'smost recent role at MongoDB is as the Director of Engineering, which they have held since August 2020. During their time at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, they worked as a Research Assistant from May 2012 to August 2014, and as a Teaching Assistant from September 2012 to May 2013.
