Damon Bagnall is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise account management and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB since February 2021, Damon has played a key role in promoting MongoDB Atlas, a multi-cloud database service. Prior to MongoDB, Damon held various positions at Jitterbit from November 2016 to February 2021, focusing on data and application integration solutions. Damon's career began at Square Inc. as a Support Team Representative, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues, and included an internship as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where Damon gained experience in client prospecting and financial planning. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Oregon.
