Davide Merico is an experienced professional in the real estate and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Real Estate Manager for Deutschschweiz and Immobilienexperte at MoneyPark since June 2021, Davide previously held the position of Immobilienberater at INIZIA AG from October 2017 to June 2021. Early career experience includes roles such as Executive Sales Manager at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Management Trainee & F&B at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, and various internships in culinary and reception roles at Candela, Englers, and Tschuggen Hotel Group respectively.
