Ejike Egbuagu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and investment, currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at 1952.Africa since December 2020 and as the Group Chief Executive of Moneda Invest since January 2017. Egbuagu has a strong focus on investment strategies that support SMEs in critical value chains across Africa, particularly in the sectors of energy, minerals, and agriculture. Previously, Egbuagu held key roles at Access Bank Plc from September 2008 to December 2016, leading value chain financing in agriculture, energy, and transport, as well as managing relationships and credit analysis as a Relationship Officer in the Commercial Banking Group. Egbuagu's educational background includes a PLD in Business and Leadership from Harvard Business School, an MBA in International Finance from Geneva Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Business Management from the University of Kent.
