Gary is a consultant and transactional business lawyer with substantial international experience. Previously he was the Executive Chairman, President and CEO of Healthcare Associate, a New York-based Healthcare Administrative and Management Services Organization.

Gary was the chairman, co-founder, and managing director of Technogenesis, Inc, an enterprise engaged in global technology identification, due diligence and transfer. He also founded a number of successful ventures, including the International Trade Consortium, a not-for-profit established to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in identifying and realizing resource requirements for global business. He also founded Health Technologies Corporation, an entity that facilitated healthcare technology transfers and the Long Island Association Health Alliance, the first non-governmental health care insurance purchasing cooperative in the United States. Gary is a founder of MercBloc LLC, an enterprise that has created the world’s first wealth management community providing access to world-class wealth management with important complementary services.
