- Tanvi worked as a Data Research Consultant at Mondra starting from April 2021. Their responsibilities included building and updating databases for future research purposes and supporting the core team with LCA and data projects.

- Tanvi worked as a Quality Assurance Trainee at Nestlé from June 2019 to August 2019.

- Tanvi was an Internship Trainee at BRASSERIE LIL-MARCOTTE in January 2019.

Tanvi Matonkar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Smt.Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts & Science. Tanvi attended this college from 2015 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science and Bio-engineering degree with a specialization in Sustainable Product Development at ISA Lille. Tanvi attended ISA Lille from 2018 to 2020.
