Margo Shipley is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruiting and onboarding. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and HR Onboarding Specialist at Mondo since May 2022, Margo previously held the role of Information Technology and Digital Marketing Recruiter at Addison Group, where support was provided to nonprofit and government clients. Earlier positions include a Human Resources Assistant at Chick-fil-A Franchise, managing recruitment initiatives and compliance with employment laws, and a Customer Success Supervisor, where Margo oversaw staff performance and enhanced customer service.
