Neren Anumuthoo is a highly experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Head of Technical Procurement at Mondi Group since November 2022, overseeing a total annual spend of R2 billion in the Southern African region. With a strong background in procurement and materials management, Neren has held various roles at Sappi Southern Africa, including Senior Procurement Manager and Financial and Procurement Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating critical procurement activities and managing supplier relationships. Neren began professional training as an Assistant Management Accountant at Sappi Adamas Mill and has progressively advanced through roles in financial analysis and procurement. Neren holds an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from MANCOSA, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of South Africa.
