Zuzana Turnerova is an experienced Global Project Manager with a focus on Information Technology and Solutions at Mondelēz International since November 2011. In this role, Zuzana leads the Bratislava ITS Hub, driving initiatives to create a unified global ITS center, harmonizing recruitment processes, and collaborating closely with PMOs across various locations. Zuzana's previous positions include EMEA EAS Continual Service Improvement Lead, where Zuzana oversaw global reporting and process improvement initiatives, and Team Lead roles in financial and claims management. Zuzana's background also includes experience as an International Sales Manager and various leadership roles in the insurance sector. Zuzana holds a Diploma in Management and certifications in ITIL and Prince2.
