Chhavi Bindal has significant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, particularly in the chocolate and biscuits categories. At Mondelēz International since February 2017, Chhavi has held various positions, including Category Manager for Innovations, Senior Manager for Equity Chocolates, and Brand Manager for iconic products such as Cadbury 5 Star and Bournvita Biscuits. Prior to this, Chhavi worked at Kraft Foods from April 2011 to January 2017 in roles ranging from Customer Marketing Manager to Area Sales Manager, starting as a Summer Intern. Chhavi's academic background includes a PGDM (MBA) in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Punjab Engineering College.
