Ben Wicks is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies for major snack and confectionery brands across multiple regions. Currently serving as Vice President Marketing for Australia & New Zealand at Mondelēz International, Ben oversees the marketing and growth strategy for diverse snacking portfolios. Previous roles at Mondelēz include Vice President Marketing for Europe Confectionery, where leadership encompassed a $6Bn+ portfolio across over 30 markets, and Global Brand Director for Cadbury, the world’s leading chocolate brand. Ben's career also includes significant positions at Fosters Group, where responsibilities extended over various alcohol brands, and Mars, where successful marketing management of a $70MM+ candy portfolio was achieved. An alumnus of Queensland University of Technology, Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing and Management.
