Sébastien Louit has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 when they were a Junior Business Analyst at Microsoft France. In 2011, they were an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at docTrackr. In 2012, they were a Junior Consultant at bluenove, where they completed missions for Chanel, Living Lab Montreal, and Pernod-Ricard. In 2013, they were Co-Founder and COO of Magic Makers, where they experienced hyper-growth and was ranked as one of Forbes' top 10 French Edtech companies in 2016. In 2016, they had a Consulting Mission as a Product Leader at InMotion, and in 2017 they were the Founder and CEO of Hiveway, operating in France and the UK and achieving 4M€ annualized revenues. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Mondaycar.

Sébastien Louit has a diverse educational background. Sébastien attended CentraleSupélec from 2013 to 2014, earning an Advance Master in Technology Management. From 2010 to 2012, they attended EDHEC Business School, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In 2016, they attended a Bootcamp at General Assembly, where they studied Web Development.
