Frauke Lüthge has extensive work experience in various roles within the media industry.
Starting in 2007, Frauke worked as a Media Manager at DAVINCI Selectwork until May 2009.
In June 2010, they joined Omnicom Media Group Germany, where they initially worked as a New Business and Business Development Manager until June 2013. From June 2013 to May 2015, they served as a Knowledge Manager, and later as the Head of Knowledge Management. In January 2022, Frauke was promoted to the role of Director Learning and Development at Omnicom Media Group Germany.
In July 2018, they transitioned to Omnicom Media Group, assuming the role of Director Business Enablement | Knowledge & Platforms.
Starting from January 2023, Frauke will be working as the Head of Client Coaching at MONDAY.ROCKS GmbH.
Frauke Lüthge completed their education in the field of Sociology/English at Leibniz University of Hanover from 1995 to 2000, earning a Magister Artium (Master of Arts) degree. Additionally, from 1998 to 1999, they attended the University of San Angelo, TX, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs and English.
