Or Borochovich is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at monday.com since May 2024, Borochovich previously held leadership positions at Skai from July 2021 to May 2024, including Team Lead and Technical Lead, and served as a Software Engineer from May 2019 to July 2021. Earlier career experiences include various roles at RADCOM from July 2014 to April 2019, Matrix BI from July 2012 to July 2014, Algotec in 2012, and Cellcom from June 2011 to January 2012. Borochovich holds an MBA in Information Technology from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
