Alida Palevic is an experienced professional in customer success and account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager for Mid-Market at monday.com since October 2023, Alida previously held the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Torc from October 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, Alida worked at OwnBackup from April 2019 to September 2022 in various roles, including Customer Success Manager for Mid-Market and Team Lead in Business Development.
