Isabel Azpiroz Herranz is an experienced professional in production management and logistics within the agro-food sector. Currently serving as Jefe de Producción at MONBAKE since June 2016, Isabel oversees the production staff in fresh and precooked sections, managing schedules, vacations, hours, and absenteeism. Previously, as Técnico de Planificación y Logística at AN Avícola Mélida (GRUPO AN), Isabel handled daily production planning and stock control, implementing ERP automation. Isabel started a career at SAT Lacturale as Técnico de Calidad y Logística, managing milk quality and certification processes. Isabel holds a degree in Agricultural Technical Engineering from UPNA and a postgraduate diploma in Quality and Improvement in Agro-food Organizations from Universidad de La Rioja.
