Nick Pacitti is an accomplished staffing and recruitment professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Monarch Staffing since September 2014, Nick directs and manages recruitment efforts, candidate-client job matching, and employee development while fostering relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels. Prior to this, Nick held multiple positions at BTS Total Access, including Learning Solutions Expert and Account Manager, where responsibilities included analyzing training needs and implementing online solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as Sales & Training Manager at Guitar Center. Nick is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania and holds certifications as a Certified Staffing Professional and Certified Disability Resource.
