Aaron Hawkins is currently the Director of Product Development & Engineering at Monarch Metal Fabrication. Prior to this role, Aaron served as the Director Of Engineering at Rehme Steel Windows & Doors, where Aaron was responsible for designing custom windows and doors, developing new products, providing manufacturing support, and overseeing lean manufacturing initiatives. With a background in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering, Aaron has experience in rotational molding, product development, and wheel building. Aaron holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology.
