Kristie McCurdy has extensive work experience in the healthcare management industry, with a focus on regional operations and administration. In 2008, they started their career as a Nursing Home Administrator at Extendicare, where they worked until 2014. Kristie then joined Villa Healthcare as an Administrator and later became a Regional Administrator. Since 2023, they have been serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Monarch Healthcare Management.

Kristie McCurdy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
