Natalie Thiele is an experienced professional in the fields of software development and education. Currently serving as an Implementation Analyst at Monarch since December 2024, Natalie previously worked as a Data Engineer I at Core10 and as a Junior Full Stack Software Developer at NewForce by Generation West Virginia. In the latter role, Natalie applied object-oriented programming, collaborated on projects remotely, and designed applications utilizing JavaScript, React, and SQL. Natalie's diverse teaching experience includes roles as an instructor in public speaking and English composition at various educational institutions, along with independent tutoring for a range of students from K-6 to post-graduate professionals. Natalie holds an Associate of Applied Science in Technical Studies, a Master of Arts in English with a focus on Creative Writing, and a Bachelor of Arts in English, also in Creative Writing.
