Hoa Phan currently serves as Senior Legal Manager at MoMo (M_Service) since August 2023. Previously held the position of Senior Counsel in the CEO Office at ACB - Asia Commercial Bank from December 2019 to August 2023 and also provided legal counsel on investment matters for the Board of Directors. Hoa Phan's legal career includes an Associate role at Allens from November 2015 to December 2019, specializing in banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, and advising international clients on investments in Vietnam. Earlier experience includes positions as a Legal Officer at Techcombank, Project Coordinator for the Vietnam Silicon Valley Project, and summer clerk roles at Baker McKenzie. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southampton and attendance at Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted.
