Eric Manthei serves as the Managing Director at Sabyr Consulting since November 2016, where leadership focuses on network IT and systems administration, cloud infrastructure design, and software and web development. In addition, Eric has held the position of Executive Partner in Operations at Mometrix Test Preparation since April 2011, overseeing a team that ensures high-quality delivery of products to users. Previous experience includes general management at Blue Baker, where responsibilities encompassed staff supervision and training, as well as analysis roles at the Texas AgriLife Extension Service. Early career highlights feature loss prevention at Best Buy and shift management at Double Dave's Pizzaworks. Eric Manthei holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.
