Mike Schepker is a Product Support Specialist at Momentus Technologies, with over a decade of experience since joining in September 2011. In this role, Mike collaborates with Product Management and Development on innovations within the Event Organizers sector of a comprehensive event management software suite and engages with customers during Beta and Early Adopter phases. Previously, Mike served as a Quality Engineer, testing an Exhibitions suite and validating payment gateways and API endpoints. Mike also held the position of Senior Client Care Specialist, where responsibilities included migrating global offices to Zendesk and optimizing support processes. Prior to Momentus Technologies, Mike worked as a Web Developer and Product Support at SMB Creative, and taught various subjects as a Teacher at Sylvan Learning Center and Fort Zumwalt School District. Mike holds a BSEd in History from Missouri State University, earned from 2001 to 2005.
