Brette Sydney Tell is a dedicated professional in the field of social work with significant experience in mental health support and direct care for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as a Peer Support Specialist at NAMI Orange County since March 2021, Brette previously contributed as a Peer Warmline Mentor, handling nationwide calls from distressed mental health consumers. In addition, Brette works as a Direct Support Professional at Momentum WORK, Inc., assisting participants with both physical and psychological disabilities. Brette has further engaged in social justice research as a DEI Office Student Learner at the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Gender Studies with a minor in LGBT Studies from UCLA.
