Eric McAlpine is the Founder and CEO of Momentum Cyber, an elite boutique investment banking firm focused on M&A and capital raising within the cybersecurity industry. Since February 2014, Eric has led the firm in providing bespoke strategic advice and access to senior-level networks. Prior to this, Eric co-founded the Silicon Valley office of The Blackstone Group, where Eric served as Managing Director from August 2008 to April 2013. Eric's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Citigroup, where Eric headed the Security & Internet Investment Banking teams, and as a Captain in the United States Air Force, recognized as Military Engineer of the Year in 2000. Eric holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s in Engineering and Systems Management from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
