Nirna Biswas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nirna most recently worked at Momentum Controls Software and Services Inc. as a Senior Executive in Learning Operations. Prior to that, they were employed at NIIT Limited as an LMS Expert and at Staffingine LLC as an Operations Support staff. Nirna also gained experience at Honeywell as a Technical Training Coordinator and at NIIT Limited as a Training Coordinator. Earlier in their career, they worked at IBM Global Process Services as a Process Associate, where they were responsible for attending customer queries and preparing reports.

Nirna Biswas completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) specializing in HR and Marketing from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. Nirna pursued this degree from 2008 to 2010.
