Rui Yin possesses a solid background in industrial engineering and supply chain optimization, currently serving as a Supply Chain Optimization Analyst at Momentive since October 2022. Prior experience includes an Industrial Engineering Internship at Tyson Foods, focusing on production and cost optimization, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant role at Service Enterprise Engineering SEE 360. Additionally, Rui contributed as a System Optimization Intern at HAVI, where statistical analysis and field studies were applied to improve operations. Previous internships include a role as Regional Teaching Assistant Director at New Oriental Education & Technology Group, managing quality control and data analysis, and a Summer Internship at McDonald's, which involved field services and logistics. Rui holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Statistics from Penn State University.
