Isabella Hernandez is an experienced professional in the arts and education sector, currently serving as the Assistant to the Deputy Director of Learning and Engagement at The Museum of Modern Art since May 2022. In this role, responsibilities include managing multiple calendars, implementing department policies, and developing initiatives aimed at fostering inclusivity. Prior experience includes a Collections Intern position at the University Art Museum, where contributions involved event advertising and content creation, as well as various roles in educational and customer service capacities, including as a Peer Career Advisor at the UAlbany Office of Career and Professional Development, and a Dance Instructor at Step by Step Dance Studio, where skills in mentorship and communication were honed. Isabella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine/Studio Arts with a focus on Art History from the University at Albany, SUNY, completed in 2022.
