Previously, Barry held several key positions at HEINEKEN, including Head of Cider Production and Interim General Manager, where responsibilities spanned environmental health and safety, quality, and operational integration. Additional experience includes roles as Cider Production Manager at Universal Beverages Limited, and Change Management Specialist at InBev UK. Barry's academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry from The Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as various certifications in management and safety.
