Shujian CHEN is a skilled Software Engineer with experience in both startups and established companies. Currently serving as a Software Engineer II at Moloco since October 2024, Shujian also co-founded Offerland.ai in March 2021, where an AI-based platform was developed from inception. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer role at Tamr, where key features for Tamr Cloud were developed, enhancing user experience, and the implementation of a design system. Previously, Shujian contributed as a Software Engineer at Authright Inc and worked as a Student Assistant at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, engaging in projects involving robotic systems. Shujian holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Mechanical Engineering, alongside a minor in Electronic and Information Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
