Gia Tsakonas

Customer Operations Specialist at MoLo Solutions

Gia Tsakonas began their work experience as a General Manager at Yummy's Grill in May 2013 and held that role until June 2019. Gia then worked as a College Ambassador Marketing Intern at Rockstar Energy Drink from September 2019 to December 2019. From July 2019 to August 2020, Gia served as a Food Server at Manley's Irish Mutt. Gia then became a Team Lead at Apex Medical from March 2020 to March 2021. Starting in August 2021, they worked as a Senior Benefits Consultant at GoHealth until October 2021. Gia also had a freelance role as a Social Media Content Creator, which they began in August 2021 and continues to pursue. Currently, they are a Customer Operations Representative at MoLo Solutions, starting in March 2022 and later transitioning to the role of a Customer Operations Specialist in October 2022.

Gia Tsakonas pursued their education from 2016 to 2021 at the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a specialization in Marketing. Gia also obtained a certification in Outlook Quick Tips from LinkedIn in April 2022.
