Colleen Galicia's work experience includes:

- MoLo Solutions (2020-present): Colleen started as a Customer Operations Representative in September 2020 and was promoted to a Customer Operations Specialist in February 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Customer Operations After Hours.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music from the University of Illinois Chicago, completing their studies from 2010 to 2017.
