From 1999 to 2012, David André held the position of IT Manager at Welding Alloys France, where duties encompassed establishing the office and production network, supporting users, managing IT and telecommunications procurement, and advanced network configuration. Educational qualifications include an Engineering degree in Software Engineering from UTBM and certifications in English and ITIL.
