Rosario Juan Fazio has extensive experience in quality control and development within the food industry, specifically at Molino Cañuelas SACIFIA since 1996. Currently serving as the Lider de Calidad Inocuidad y Desarrollo harinas Industriales and previously held the position of Jefe de Control de Calidad y Desarrollo at the Planta Pigüé. Additionally, Rosario held roles in commercial and technical assistance from 2006 to October 2016 at Molino Cañuelas. Rosario Juan Fazio holds a degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Food from the Universidad Nacional del Sur, completed between 1985 and 1994.
