Josh Legbandt has over 18 years of experience in IT and data center operations, currently serving as the Director/Principal Architecture for IT Business Services at Molina Healthcare since November 2005. Key achievements include successfully transitioning in-house Data Center Operations to an outsourced Managed Services Provider and leading a Transitional Services Agreement for a divested business unit, providing crucial technical guidance during migration activities. Previously, Josh held various roles, including Sr. IT Business Relationship Manager, establishing strategic roadmaps and fostering collaboration between business and IT. Early in the career, Josh built and operated data centers and held positions as a System Administrator and Sr. NOC Engineer, showcasing a strong technical foundation in voice and data communication.
