Danyelle Jackson, LMSW, CCM, is a seasoned professional in health care services and notary public operations. Currently serving as the Director of Health Care Services at Molina Healthcare since August 2019, Danyelle oversees the Managed Long Term Care team and an Administrative Community Connector, ensuring members receive appropriate care. Concurrently, since February 2022, Danyelle operates Jackson Essential Signing, a mobile and virtual notary public service in Brooklyn, NY. Previous experience includes roles as Lead Care Manager at Alpha Care/Senior Whole Health and Care Manager for various programs at CenterLight Health System and Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Danyelle holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from SUNY New Paltz.
