Hoda Sharifian is a senior scientist specializing in bioinformatics oncology at Molecular Partners since October 2024. Previously, Hoda served as an associate principal scientist in data science and bioinformatics at AstraZeneca from September 2015 to November 2024, where significant contributions included leading the analysis of multimodal longitudinal data from anifrolumab phase-3 trials in systemic lupus erythematosus and developing diagnostic strategies for clinical studies. Other roles included postdoctoral research at Universitäts-Kinderspital beider Basel and research assistance at ETH Zurich, focusing on dynamic signaling cascades.
