Adele Gwilliam is currently serving as the HR Systems & Data Lead at Mole Valley Farmers since June 2015. Prior to this role, Adele held various positions such as Resourcing & Continuous Improvement Lead and Resourcing Advisor. Adele also has experience as a Human Resources Assistant at the same company. Before joining Mole Valley Farmers, Adele worked at QE Academy Trust as a PR & Marketing Assistant and Learning Area Team Leader Admin Support from September 2011 to May 2015. Adele started her career as a Business Admin Apprentice at Chulmleigh Academy Trust from September 2008 to August 2011. Adele pursued her education at Exeter College, where she obtained a NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, Adele attended Petroc from 2007 to 2008 and Chulmleigh Community College from 2002 to 2007.
