Micu Adela Simona has a diverse range of work experience, spanning over 18 years. Micu began their career as an Internal Auditor at Aquaserv Targu Mures in 2002, where they were responsible for checking accounting data entry, preparing reports and forecasts, and delivering monthly and quarterly reports. In 2004, they joined Tornado Technology as an Accountant and worked there until 2006.

In 2006, Micu joined HEINEKEN as a Financial Controller, where they had various responsibilities such as building profitability reports, developing and delivering performance reports, monitoring commercial investments, and analyzing costs. Micu also contributed to strategic business projects and provided ad hoc support to different departments within the company. In 2008, Micu took on the role of Business Controller at HEINEKEN, where they continued to enhance the financial performance of the company through budgeting, analysis of actual data, and consolidation and forecasting of profit and loss.

After their tenure at HEINEKEN, Micu joined MOL Romania in 2016 as a Senior Financial Controller. Finally, they joined Vodafone in 2020 as a Finance Business Partner.

Throughout their work experience, Micu has demonstrated a strong financial acumen and a commitment to delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis to drive business growth.

Micu Adela Simona completed their education in a chronological order. Micu first attended Babes Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Cluj Napoca from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Accountancy with a focus on Accounting and Management Information Systems. Micu then pursued a degree in Accountancy at CECCAR from 2004 to 2007, specializing in Accounting Expertise. In addition to their degrees, Micu Adela Simona obtained a certification from CECAR in November 2007. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, earning an MBA in Management and Business Administration.
