Mihaela Pintilie is an experienced sales and management professional currently serving as the Regional Cards Sales Coordinator at MOL Group since April 2024. Previously, Mihaela held the position of B2B North Region Sales Manager at MOL Romania from May 2021 to April 2024. With a diverse background, Mihaela has also worked as a Team Manager at SYKES, a Sales Manager for both the North and Cluj areas at Oney Roumanie, and has gained extensive experience in various roles at UPC Romania and BCR, including Project Manager and Relationship Manager for micro companies. Educational achievements include a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Babeş – Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution, as well as foundational studies in Mathematics at „Lucian Blaga” Highschool.
