Jessica Pressley is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in housing access and crisis intervention. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Housing Access at Community Action House since September 2022, Jessica oversees the Housing Access department, focusing on partnerships to enhance homeless services and affordable housing initiatives. Previous roles in the same organization include Housing Access Program Manager and Outreach Lead, where Jessica managed outreach teams supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. In addition, Jessica has significant experience in crisis intervention as a certified CISM debriefer with MOKA and has held various supervisory positions within the organization. Jessica contributes to youth sports as a volleyball coach for both West Ottawa Public Schools and Michigan Volleyball Academy. Early career roles include administrative support and management positions in various sectors, showcasing a diverse skill set and commitment to community service.
