Ian Arthur has worked in a variety of roles in the past 15 years. Ian began their career in 2004 as a Project Coordinator at Black Box Network Services. In 2005, they moved to Tech Force LLC as a Technical Account Manager. In 2007, they joined Dish Network as an Inside Sales Account Manager and was promoted to Senior Inside Sales Account Manager. From 2011 onwards, they have been working at MOI, where they have served as a Business Intelligence Administrator, CRM Administrator / Business Analyst, and Project Manager.

Ian Arthur completed their Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Penn State University between 1997 and 2003. Ian also obtained two certifications from CompTIA, Network+ in March 2001 and A+ Certification in January 2001.
