Mostafa Salah has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In 2013, they were the Founder and Project Manager at Bibliotheca Alexandrina. In 2014, they were the Public Relations at Oventure. In 2015, they were the Sales Manager and Product Specialist at NEW DENTAL and a General Practitioner Dentist at Smiles Dental Clinic. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Consultant & Co-founder and CMO & Co-founder at Mogassam3D. In 2019, they became a Dental CAD/CAM Consultant and Trainer at Voxelway.

Mostafa Salah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dental Medicine from Al-Azhar University between 2009 and 2015. In addition, they have obtained several certificates from Coursera Verified Certificates and Coursera Course Certificates, including Grammar and Punctuation, Introduction to Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization, Project Management Capstone, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, Initiating and Planning Projects, Managing Project Risks and Changes, Marketing in a Digital World, and Project Management: The Basics for Success, all of which were obtained between October and November 2015.
