Jousha Hill is an experienced engineer and project manager at Moffatt & Nichol, holding the position since May 2004. With over 14 years of expertise in municipal and state bridge and culvert inspection and engineering services, Jousha routinely provides project management, inspection, planning, design, construction documents, bid assistance, and post-construction-award services for clients. Jousha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, completing the program in 2005.
