Mohamed Adel Rageh, PMP®, RMP®, is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in civil engineering and project management. Currently employed at M.M. Alharbi & Partners Co. Ltd. since February 2019, Mohamed oversees activity and resource planning, manages project teams, controls time management, estimates costs, ensures client satisfaction, and analyzes project risks. Previously, as Acting Project Manager, responsibilities included overseeing construction from conception to completion, scheduling deliverables, ensuring safety compliance, and managing construction workers and subcontractors. Before this role, Mohamed served as a Senior Civil Engineer at Azmeel Contracting from September 2015 to February 2019, where duties involved site visits for tender evaluations and estimating material quantities. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Zagazig University.
