Rochila DCosta has extensive experience in partner enablement and sales strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager at MoEngage since June 2021. Prior to this, Rochila held roles at Mindtree as Inside Sales Manager in the Healthcare Industry and Manager of Corporate Strategy, focusing on business planning, sales strategy, and stakeholder management. At InMobi, Rochila contributed as Associate Manager in the CEO's office, engaging in corporate strategy and various strategic projects across multiple business lines. Earlier career stages include roles at The/Nudge Foundation as a volunteer and fund raiser, and Financial Technologies (India) Ltd as a management trainee in financial analysis. Rochila holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
